Mamluk relocates its registered entity to Meydan Free Zone, Dubai
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES — 19 August 2026 — Mamluk today confirmed that it has completed the relocation of its registered entity from Sharjah Media City to Meydan Free Zone in Dubai. The company now trades under the full legal name Mamluk LLC-FZ, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The move is primarily logistical. The engineering team that builds and operates the Mamluk platform is resident in Dubai, and the relocation brings the registered entity into the same emirate as the people doing the work — simplifying day-to-day administration, licensing and visa matters that had previously been split across two jurisdictions.
“This is an administrative alignment rather than a change of direction,” said Meezaan-ud-Din, Founder of Mamluk. “The entity should sit where the team sits. Nothing about what we build, how we operate it, or who we are accountable to has changed.”
There is no change to Mamluk’s ownership, services, product roadmap or commercial terms. Existing agreements remain in force and transfer to Mamluk LLC-FZ by operation of the relocation; clients requiring updated contracting details for their own records should contact the company directly. Email addresses, telephone numbers and all online properties are unchanged.
Counterparties should update their records to reflect the new registered name, address and Company Registration No. 2652439 for invoicing and correspondence.
